Chill Out Event is a mobile and web-based ticketing platform that facilitates the secure online sale of digital tickets for live entertainment and special events. We act as a ticketing platform connecting event organizers and attendees.

2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are processed securely at the time of checkout. Tickets are delivered electronically via email and/or within the mobile application. Customers are responsible for reviewing event details before completing a purchase.

3. Pricing & Fees

Ticket prices and applicable service fees are displayed prior to checkout. All payments are processed at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, refund eligibility is determined in accordance with our stated policy and the event organizer’s terms.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information during purchase and account registration. Misuse of tickets, fraud, or violation of venue policies may result in denied entry without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chill Out Event is not responsible for event changes, cancellations, or actions taken by third-party event organizers or venues. Our liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased, where applicable by law.

7. Disputes

Customers agree to contact our support team prior to initiating chargebacks or payment disputes so we may attempt to resolve the matter promptly.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
